USING THE SPIT (fig. 12)
Slide the food onto the spit rod (1) between the two forks (2), securing it in a stable position by
means of the forks to prevent straining the motor. Fit the spit rod into the spit motor (3) and rest
it on the support provided. Place the collecting plate on the lowest shelf. Switch the grill on (knob
C, position 2).
