STARTING A WORKOUT ON YOUR

1. If your watch is currently off, press and hold the
Power/Indiglo
button to turn it on.
®
2. Press the Menu button.
3. Select Workouts, and then press the Menu/Enter
button.
4. Use the Up and Down buttons to select your sport,
and then press the Menu/Enter button.
5. Use the Up and Down buttons to select Chrono or
Interval, and then press the Menu/Enter button.
6. Wait for the flashing GPS icon to be solid, and then
press the Menu/Enter button to select Start.
NOTE: This watch can be used for indoor and outdoor
training. You must be outdoors for GPS to function.

DURING YOUR WORKOUT
• Use the Up button to scroll through the available
training pages.
• Use the Down or Lap/Split button to trigger a manual
lap count.
• Use the Menu/Enter button to Pause, Save or Discard
a workout.
• Pressing the Back button will bring up the Main Menu.
It will not Stop your workout, your workout will
continue to run in the background.
• Use the Power/Indiglo
®
backlight function.
