Note: DO NOT use spanners to mount Collet (A) onto Front Clutch (Q). Manual tightening of Collet (A) is enough to
lock onto Front Clutch (Q)
3.3 STROKE SETTING & ADJUSTMENT (FIG 3)
3.3.1 INITIAL STROKE SETTING
•
Determine Application pin stick out length in millimeters ("L" in fi gure below).
•
Remove battery pack from tool.
•
Remove Nose Housing (C) and Collet (A) to expose the Stroke Adjustment Pin (N).
•
Set the Stroke Adjustment Pin (N) to fl ush with Pulling Head Adapter (P).
•
Rotate the Stroke Adjustment Pin (N) clockwise (CW) according to the following:
•
Mount the Nose Housing (C) and Collet (A) and tighten the Nose Housing Nut (D).
•
Verify setting by installing NeoBolt® in Application Grip.

3.3.2 STROKE ADJUSTMENT (FIG 3 & 4)
•
Remove battery pack from tool.
•
Insert 2.0mm Hex Key (BB) into front of the tool through the hole in the Collet Stop (Z).
•
Adjust the tool stroke by rotating the Stroke Adjustment Pin (N) to achieve the desired NeoBolt®
installation. (Ref. Fig. 4)
•
Each rotation of the Stroke Adjustment Pin (N) changes tool stroke by 1mm (0.04")
•
To increase the stroke, rotate Stroke Adjustment Pin (N) counter-clockwise (CCW).
•
To Reduce the stroke, rotate Stroke Adjustment Pin (N) clockwise (CW).
•
Verify setting by installing NeoBolt® in Application Grip.
•
Repeat adjustment as needed.
