NOTE: Do not overtighten the screws.

Fasten six METAL BRACKETS (15) to the ENDS (A and B)

as shown. Use six BLACK 1/2" PAN HEAD SCREWS (25).
NOTE: Be sure the BRACKETS are even with the edges of
