Operating manual
Working with steel
The right-hand side of the product enables the following bodywork operations:
- dent-removal work
- welding nails, rivets, washers, threaded studs and mouldings
- eliminating impacts
- reworking sheet metal
It is not intended to assemble metal parts.
Supplied with the following steel accessories:

START-UP AND SETTINGS
1. Connect the welding gun(s) to the connections.
The gun with trigger has a trigger-control connector as well as a power
connector. Connect the trigger-control connector to the trigger to start the ignition process.
2. The machine is switched on by turning the switch (2) to the right (FIG-I p.2).
3. When the device is first put into operation:
• The display and indicator lights will briefly light up and then the appliance will automatically switch to SYNERGIC
mode (12) (FIG-II p.2). It will indicate:
- the tool (1): by default, this will be set to 1 (sheet metal welding or using the clamp).
- The power level (2): by default, this will be set to two (suitable for 0.8 mm steel sheet metal).
• To enter MANUAL mode (10), press the button (8).
SYNERGY mode gives the user recommended factory settings for each tool used on a given sheet
metal thickness.
MANUAL mode allows the user to choose their own settings, regardless of the tool, by selecting the
desired power and weld time.
4. Depending on the chosen mode, SYNERGIC or MANUAL, the settings can be changed as follows:
- To change the tool, press the arrows (13) - (Only available in SYNERGY mode).
1 Dent removal work using a slide hammer, star
chucks or crimping pliers.
2 Welding rings for straightening out sheet metal.
3 Impact removal using a specific copper tip.
4 Carbon electrode for retensioning.
- To change the power level, press the arrows (9). The power levels offered by this machine can straighten out
sheet metal of various thicknesses.
