Preparation
• Before assembling make sure that you will have enough space around the item.
• Use the present tooling for assembling.
• Before assembling please check whether all needed parts are available (at the above of this inst-
ruction sheet you will find an explosion drawing with all single parts (marked with numbers) which
this item consists of.
FIG. 2:
Slide the Vertical Seat Post (#10) into the seat post
housing on the main frame (#16). Then slide the
Seat Post (#12) into the Vertical Seat Post (#10),then
Secure using a flat washer (25) and Shape knob (26).
Secure the saddle in position with the Adjustment Knob
(30). The correct height for the seat can be adjusted
after the bike is fully assembled.
Now fix the Seat (#13) to the Seat Post (#12) as
shown, and tighten the bolts around the screws under
the seat.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Firmly tighten all component parts and pre-assembled parts!
Re-check the tightness before each training session!
FIG.1:
Attach the Stabilizer (#15) to the Main Frame
(#16) using two sets of Ø10 Flat Washers
(#5), M10*30 Carriage bolt (3).
Attach the Stabilizer (#4) to the Main Frame
(#16) using two sets of Ø10 Flat Washers
(#5), M10*30 Carriage bolt (3).
