The operation buttons below the display allow menu navigation, setting of values, training control and
control of the media function.
MENU NAVIGATION
'Home' button:
Go to main menu
TRAINING CONTROL
Start a selected training
program
Decrease the intensity level
MEDIA CONTROL
Increase the media volume
Decrease the media volume

In all modes, the control bar constantly shows the important parameter values of your current training:
Speed in km/h
Speed in pedal
revolutions per minute
Pause the current training
Increase the intensity level
Select the media function
Play/ Pause the selected
media
Achieved distance
Elapsed time
(minutes or hours)

'Back' button:
Go one menu level up
Control knob
- Turn to the left or right
to decrease or increase a value.
- Press to confirm a value or a selection.
Burned calories
(estimated)
Terminate the current
training
Jump to previous media
