Setting the time
Pull out the crown to position 1.
Turn the crown to move the hour and minute hands forwards
or backwards.
Setting the time (second time zone)
Press the two push buttons on the right side of the watch.
Press push button A once to move the GMT hand forward one hour.
Press push button B once to move the GMT hand back one hour.
