10 Repairs
The sensor can be repaired only at the factory. Send it to us in its original
packaging. Prepare it for the repairs (as described in chapter 11
"Decommissioning").
11 Decommissioning
Decommission the sensor: follow all of the safety instructions in chapter 5
"Assembly".
S Disconnect the sensor from the electricity supply (compare chapter 6
"Installation")
S Depressurise the in-line probe housing
S Loosen the terminal screw
S Pull the sensor out of the in-line probe housing slowly
S Unscrew the membrane cap over a sink and empty it
S Throw away the membrane cap
S Thoroughly remove all traces of gel from the electrodes using clean, warm
water and allow to dry free of dust
S Screw on a new membrane cap loosely to protect the electrodes
S Put on the membrane's protective cap to protect the membrane cap
12 Disposal
Electrolyte
The electrolyte can be poured into a drain.
