Baked vegetables
Ingredients for 4 people
• 1 courgette
• 1 red bell pepper
• 1 yellow bell pepper
• 1 red onion
• 250 g fresh mushrooms
• 1 tsp. olive oil
• Herbes de Provence
• Salt and pepper
Preparation
1) Clean and slice the mushrooms. Wash the remaining vegetables,
remove the stalk and seeds and cut into small pieces. Peel the onion
and cut into rings or wedges.
2) Mix the spices together with the olive oil in a bowl. Add the vegetables
and mix everything well again.
3) Put everything together in the frying basket and bake at approx.
180°C for approx. 15 minutes. Shake or turn halfway through the
cooking time.
