Time
- Shows the ran time in workout mode, displayed in hours: minutes�
- Shows the target time when being in programming mode�
Pulse
- Shows the pulse rate in workout mode�
- Value is being displayed in pulse per minute�
Pulse indicator LED lights up in blinking mode to indicate a pulse
is received�
‼ NOTE
• When no pulse is measured, the display will only show Calorie
values�
• Pulse indicator LED burns contently as signal that pulse is lost�
Calories
- Shows the consumed calories in workout mode,
displayed in Kilo Calories�
Calorie indicator LED lights up constantly when Calorie parameters
are shown�
‼ NOTE
• This data is a rough guide for comparison of different exercise
sessions which cannot be used in medical treatment

Programs

Quick start

- Press "START" button to start your workout without any pre-set
settings�
- Treadmill will start at minimum speed after a 3 seconds count down
of 0�8 KM/H"�
- Adjust the speed manually at any time to change your workout
intensity, and stop at anytime by pressing "STOP" button�

End your workout

- Press "STOP" button to stop workout and reset console�

Sleep function

When machine is stopped for 10 minutes in total, without any
operation, the machine will shut in sleep mode, blacking out all
displays�
Press any button to shut the machine in operational mode again
when being in sleep mode�

Preset Programs (P1~P15)

The equipment has 15 pre-set programs with different profiles� (Fig G)
When trainer is in stand by or start up mode:
(Press Stop to enter this mode at any time)
- Press "MODE" button to open programming mode, showing P1�
Press "MODE" multiple times to select your desired program
("P1~P15") being displayed in "Speed" window�
- When desired program is displayed, press "SPEED +/-" buttons to
set your desired training time for your workout�
Default training time is set on 30:00 minutes�
Setting range 5:00~99:00 min�
‼ NOTE
• Your set trainings time determines the program segment
duration as each training segment is 1/20 of your total set
training time�
• During your program you can use the "SPEED +/-" to adjust the
current speed to your needs� This adjustment is only applied
onto the active segment of your selected training profile� When
the next training segment starts, the trainer will follow the
original program again�
- Press "START" button to start your workout�
- Pre set program will start after a 3 seconds count down with the
first segment and at the commencing speed�
- Three seconds before shifting to the next segment in the profile
the speed display will shortly show the next target speed in the
speed window,
notify with 3 acoustic beeps, and follow up with the actual speed
adjustment�
- At the end of the program the machine will notify with several
acoustic beeps, and will reset all data windows back to 0�

Count down mode

The equipment has 3 count down mode programs, knowing:
Time countdown, Distance countdown & Calorie countdown�
To set/ program a program the machine must be in stop mode�
When trainer is in stand by or start up/ operational mode,
press "STOP" button to enter this mode at any time)
Time countdown mode
- Press "Set" button once to open Time countdown mode�
Time window will show 30:00, blinking open to adjust�
- Press Speed -/ + buttons to adjust time target as desired�
Press and hold Speed -/+ increases the programming speed�
Setting range 5:00 / 99:00 ± 1:00
- Press the "START" button to start the program�
Distance countdown mode�
- Press "Set" button twice to open Distance countdown mode�
Distance window will show 1�00, blinking open to adjust�
- Press Speed -/ + buttons to adjust distance target as desired�
Press and hold Speed -/+ increases the programming speed�
Setting range 0�5 / 99�9 ± 0�1
- Press the "START" button to start the program�
Calorie countdown mode�
- Press "Set" button three times to open Calorie countdown mode�
Calorie window will show 50, blinking open to adjust�
- Press Speed -/ + buttons to adjust calorie target as desired�
Press and hold Speed -/+ increases the programming speed�
Setting range 10 / 990 ± 10
- Press the "START" button to start the program�
- Treadmill will come to a smooth stop when the target goal has
reached�
- It is only possible to set one target�
