Working instructions.
Before mounting or replacing cutting tool or accessories, pull the power plug.
WARNING
This preventive safety measure rules out the danger of injuries through acci-
dental starting of the power tool.
For each job, use only the FEIN application tool released and intended for
CAUTION
the respective application.
Switching on and off (figure 5).

Always hold the power tool
CAUTION
firmly. Otherwise, you could
lose control over the power tool.
Switching on:
Press the On/Off switch down at the
grooved surface and then push it forward.
Locking on:
To lock on, press the On/Off switch in the
front area of the switch surface inward when
in that position.
Switching off:
Press the On/Off switch in the rear area of
the switch surface downward.
Adjusting the sanding-belt speed
(figure 6).
The sanding-belt speed can be variably
adjusted in the range indicated in the follow-
ing figure.
Set the dial control between "1" for the
lowest sanding-belt speed and "6" for the
highest sanding-belt speed.
