temporarily remove the antenna thereby reducing the receiver's range and
limiting disturbance.
N.B.: Once a programming mode has been entered, other modes cannot be
accessed. When programming several functions complete one programming
sequence, indicated by the LED going out, and restart with a new
programming mode.
This function is only necessary when one of the two channels has to be
set to be timed (from 1 sec to 10 min) or with bistable operation. The pulse
operating mode is set by default (1 sec switching). To set the times enter
mode 4 (for channel 1) or mode 5 (for channel 2) and wait until the end of the
5 rapid blinks. The Times submenu is described in table 2.
Resetting the memory
Cut off the power to the receiver. Press and keep pressed the button P.
Restore the power keeping the button P pressed.
The LED will light up red, after 5 secs it will blink rapidly alternating green-
red, release the button. Wait for the LED to go out. The memory is now
completely erased.
CREATING MASTER TRANSMITTERS
A "MASTER TRANSMITTER" with the protection function of the receiver can
be created in receivers configured in ARC mode.
Once a master transmitter has been generated, there are only two ways of
memorizing new transmitters:
- Using the master transmitter during the memorizing procedure of the new
transmitter, as described below.
- By cloning the master transmitter, using an "AK" series transmitter.
This function is particularly useful to increase security in multi-user systems.
The key transmitter must be kept in a safe place or handed over to a trusted
user.
Times Mode
Marking the key transmitter will enable it to be identified even after some
time. Use the "MASTER" adhesive labels supplied, also marking which
receiver channel the radio remote control was associated with before
becoming a master.
How to generate a KEY TRANSMITTER:
The receiver must have at least one transmitter already saved, which
is required during the procedure, and at the end of which it will become the
key transmitter.
Press and hold down the P button on the receiver for at least 10s until
1)
the RED LED flashes quickly, release the P button.
2)
Press the key of the remote control already saved.
3)
The RED LED stays on for 5s, then turns off.
The transmitter has now become a key transmitter.
The key transmitter does not activate any output, it has no other functions
than that of a key transmitter.
Only the saved key has the key function.
How to manually enter a remote control using the key transmitter:
1
Press the P button on the receiver.
The ORANGE LED flashes quickly waiting for the KEY transmitter to
2)
transmit for about 10s.
3)
If the KEY transmitter is received correctly, the receiver unlocks and
proceeds to the management of the recordings via button and/or time
settings.
4)
Save the transmitter(s) as indicated in the "Programming" paragraph.
After the saving procedure, the receiver returns to lock mode.
How to delete a "key" transmitter
Key transmitters can be deleted if necessary, returning the receiver to
standard functionality.
