4. Preparations for Using the Machine

Turning ON the Power

1. Press the main power switch on the back side of the machine.
• RICOH Interactive Whiteboard A6500
• RICOH Interactive Whiteboard A7500 / A8600
When you turn on the main power switch, the machine will start up.
When the machine starts up, the indicator on the front side of the machine will light up, and the
home screen will appear.
When you use the machine for the first time, the setting screen will appear. See page 48 "When
Using the Machine for the First Time" to make settings.

Power save mode

Turn off the screen display and enter power save mode.
1. Press the power button on the front side of the machine or on the remote control.
