13.2 Use of connection plate

• Analyzer and polarizer can be coupled to facilitate the simul-
taneous insertion of the two sliders.
1. Screw the fixing screw ① into the holes of the analyzer and
polarizer to secure the coupling plate ②. (Fig. 51)
2. Move the assembled unit analyzer + polarizer using the knob
