The device restarts if settings/values are changed in the following submenus.

8.8 Bypass

To use the bypass function, the gas and power supply must remain connected. During a bypass, the device
does not regulate the gas flow rate and the regulation function is switched off. Values can be read on the
device and recorded in combination with the service software.

Close the gas supply.

Disconnect the power supply.

10 Maintenance and cleaning

Scheduled maintenance and cleaning are prerequisites for a long service life and trouble-free operation.
Electric shock due to defective cables
Damaged or improperly installed cables can lead to fatal electric shock.
► Check all live cables and connections for proper installation and damage.
► Damaged, deformed or worn parts should only be replaced by a qualified electrician.

10.1 Maintenance and cleaning intervals

The specified intervals are standard values and refer to single-shift operation. We recommend recording the
inspections. The date of the inspection, the detected defects and the name of the inspector must be observed.

The text is displayed on the screen if the netmask values are invalid.
To select the required settings/values, press the <◄ ►> and <▲▼> arrow

buttons.
To save the settings, choose the <OK> button. The device restarts.

Submenu <7 Netmask> is displayed automatically after three seconds. Values
can be changed here.
► To switch the device to bypass, press and hold the <On/Bypass> button for
approx. 2 seconds.
The gas volume flow and input pressure are displayed.
The LED status indicator illuminates red.
WARNING
► Check the device, power supply, measurement shunt and gas hoses
for damage and have them replaced by ABICOR BINZEL service
personnel if necessary.
► Clean the device with a dry cloth.
► Have the device recalibrated by ABICOR BINZEL service personnel
in order to fulfill the warranty conditions.
