1. IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

PLEASE KEEP THIS MANUAL IN A SAFE PLACE FOR
REFERENCE.
• It is important to read this entire manual before assembling and using the KS700. Safe and effi-
cient use can only be achieved if the KS700 is assembled, maintained and used properly. It is your
responsibility to ensure that all users of the KS700 are informed of all warnings and precautions.
• Before starting any exercise program you should consult your doctor to determine if you have any
physical or health conditions that could create a risk to your health and safety or prevent you from
using the equipment properly. Your doctor's advice is essential if you are taking medication that
affects your heart rate, blood pressure or cholesterol level.
• Be aware of your body's signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health. Stop
exercising if you experience any of the following symptoms: Pain, tightness in your chest, irregular
heartbeat, extreme shortness of breath, feeling light headed, dizzy or nauseous. If you do experi-
ence any of these conditions you should consult your doctor before continuing with your exercise
program.
• Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The equipment is designed for adult use only.
• Make sure that all screws, nuts, and knobs are tightened before starting to use the device.
• Ensure that your equipment is firmly fixed and securely attached to the wall with the heavy-duty
anchors provided before using it.
• The safety level of the KS700 can only be maintained if it is regularly examined for damage and/
or wear and tear.
• Maximum weight of the user with brackets up to 150 kg. For home use only.
• The device is not designed to attach for instance a children's swing or something similar to it, or
use it as such. Improper use of the pull-up bar is at your own risk!
• Make sure you are allowed to attach the chin-up bar to a tree should you want to use the bar in
a public area.
• Use a protective mat on the tree to prevent damage and to provide better grip for the chin-up bar.
• Only attach the chin-up bar to trees that can withstand the load and are strong enough.
