• Put the wheel axle (12a) through the holes.
• Mount a washer (12b), wheel (12), and washer (12b)
on both sides.
• Press on both sides of the safety cap (12c).

Insert the two hoop guards (9) into the holder, use a
washer on the left and right and the M10x55 hexagonal
bolts with hexagonal nuts (9a) and tighten.

• Mount the right wheel holder (24) and left wheel
holder (25) to the holder using M10x25 hexagonal
bolts with washer and nut (25a), do not tighten the
bolts yet.
• Insert the bush (26a) into the support wheel (26) and
place the washers (26b) on it on the left and right.
• Take the assembled support wheel and push it be-
tween the movable wheel holders and mount the
M10x70 hexagonal bolts with washer and nut 26c
and tighten.
• Tighten up all 4 bolts (25a) on the wheel holders.

Mount the support (15) to the base plate using the
M10x25 hexagonal bolts and washer (15a).

Mount the chain hook (22) onto the holder on the split-
ting column (3) using the M 12x35 hexagonal bolts with
washer and nut (22a)

• Mount the trunk lifter (19) onto the bracket of the
base plate using the M12x70 hexagonal bolt with
washer and nut (19a). The nut must be on the right-
hand side in the direction of the wheels!
• Slide the trunk lifter support (18) into the recess and
screw the M6 cylindrical bolt (18a) into the top of the
tube.
• Fasten the chain (20) to the outside of the bracket
using the M10x30 hexagonal bolt with washer and
nut (20a). Only unscrew the nut far enough until the
chain can move freely. Attention! The chain must ful-
ly turn smoothly on the screw!

• Insert the locking lever (21) into the holder, use a
washer on the left and right and the M10x55 hex-
agonal bolts with hexagonal nuts (21a) and tighten.
• Check the ease of movement of the grid (21b)!

• Move the riving knife to the desired position.
• Pull the stop lever.
• Switch off the motor.
• Loosen the locking screw A.
• Move stroke adjusting rod B up until it stops at the
stop.
• Retighten locking screw A.
• Switch the motor off.
• Check upper position.

10. Start up

m Attention!
Always make sure the device is fully assembled
before commissioning!
An oil level check must be carried out before each
use, see chapter "Maintenance"!
Setting up
Prepare the workplace where the machine is to be lo-
cated. Create enough space to allow safe, trouble-free
working.
The machine is designed to work on level surfaces
and must be set-up in a stable position on level, solid
ground.
Functional check
Carry out a functional check before every use.
• Action:
- Press both handles downwards.
• Result:
- Riving knife goes down - until approx. 10 cm
above the table.
• Action:
- Release one handle at a time.
• Result:
- Riving knife remains in the selected position.
