COLLEGAMENTO DELLE TUBAZIONI
COLLEGAMENTO STANDARD ALL'IM-
PIANTO DI RISCALDAMENTO E RE-
FRIGERAZIONE
ATTENZIONE! È OBBLIGATORIO L' IN-
STALLAZIONE DELLA VALVOLA SE
NON È GIÀ INTEGRATA ALL'INTERNO
DELL'UNITÀ!
Di seguito elenchiamo i motivi per
cui è necessario installare la valvola:
- Unità con scheda elettronica a bor-
do
1) Se non viene chiuso il flusso
dell'acqua attraverso la valvola, al
raggiungimento della temperatura
ambiente, il sensore aria installato a
bordo viene influenzato dallo scam-
biatore che per convezione naturale
lo raffredda o lo riscalda. Il risultato è
che l'unità non regola correttamente
la temperatura o non parte.
2) L'unità ha un sistema di protezio-
ne che interviene chiudendo il flusso
dell'acqua tramite la valvola nel caso
in cui:
- La temperatura dell'acqua sale ol-
tre 70°C oppure scende sotto a 4°C.
3) L'unità è stata progettata per ri-
scaldare e raffrescare l'ambiente
aprendo e chiudendo il flusso dell'ac-
qua: questo permette di avere una
regolazione ottimale all'interno del
locale in cui si trova.
- Unità con e senza
scheda elettronica a bordo
4) Se l'unità rimane spenta per mol-
to tempo in modalità raffreddamento
e non viene chiuso il flusso dell'ac-
qua, si possono formare delle goccio-
line di condensa in corrispondenza
delle bocchette di mandata aria e
quindi un conseguente gocciolamen-
to dell'unità.
ATTENZIONE!
- Utilizzate sempre chiavi di dimen-
sioni adeguate per fissare o allenta-
re le tubazioni dell'acqua;
- È di fondamentale importanza iso-
lare adeguatamente i tubi, le valvole
e le connessioni al fine di evitare la
formazione di condensa che potreb-
be gocciolare causando notevoli pro-
blemi.
È obbligatorio l'utilizzo di chiave e
controchiave in modo da evitare rot-
ture durante l'allacciamento delle
tubazioni. L'attacco superiore della
batteria è provvisto di valvolina di
sfogo aria, l'attacco inferiore di valvo-
lina di drenaggio, manovrabili con
chiave da 8 mm o con cacciavite (no-
tare che la batteria è solo parzial-
mente drenabile; per il completo dre-
naggio si consiglia di soffiare aria
nella batteria).
Coppia di serraggio valvolina 2,5Nm.
Al fine di agevolare, facilitare e cor-
reggere eventuali disassamenti nel
collegamento alla rete di alimenta-
zione, i raccordi delle valvole non
sono stati serrati completamente.
Una volta ultimato il collegamento si
raccomanda di eseguire il serraggio
di tutti i dadi girevoli con una coppia
di torsione di 20Nm.

HEATING/ COOLING SYSTEM
ATTENTION! IT IS COMPULSORY TO
INSTALL THE VALVE!
The following reasons explain why it is
necessary to install the valve:
- Units with a control board onboard
1) If the water flow is not closed via
the valve when the room temperatu-
re is reached, the air sensor installed
on bord is conditioned by the heat
exchanger that cools it or heats it via
natural convection. The result is that
the unit will not adjust the tempera-
ture correctly or it will not go on.
2) The unit has a protection system
that intervenes by closing the water
flow via the valve in case such as:
- The water temperature rises above
70 ° C or drops below 4 ° C.
3) The unit has been developed to
heat and cool the environment by
means of water flow control: this al-
lows for optimal adjustment inside
the room where it is installed.
- Unit with and without
a control board onboard
4) If the unit remains turned off for a
long time in cooling mode and the
water flow is not closed, droplets of
condensation may form at the air
outlets, which will subsequently lead
to a dripping unit.
ATTENTION!
- Always use suitably sized wrenches
to fix or slacken the water pipes.
- It is essential to insulate pipes, val-
ves and connections correctly in or-
der to avoid the formation of conden-
sation, which could drip causing
considerable problems.
The use of a wrench and a nose key
is imperative to avoid breakage when
connecting the pipes. The upper coil
connection is fitted with an air valve
and the lower connection with a
drain valve, suitable for a 8 mm
wrench or screwdriver. (The coil is
only partially drainable; it is advisa-
ble to blow air into the coil for com-
plete drainage)
Valve tightening torque 2.5 Nm.
In order to facilitate and correct any
misalignments in the water connec-
tion, the valve fittings haven't been
completely tightened.
Once the connection has been com-
pleted, it's recommended to tighten
all the swivel nuts with a torque of
20Nm.
