7 Fitting Advice

The instructions in this section are for practitioner use only.
Position as close as practical to the build line.

• A recurring noise occurs at the device
interfaces.
• The adapter has moved out of position.

Symptoms
1. Check security of all alignments screws and
tube clamp. Apply loctite as required to
set screws (not to the clamping screw) and
tighten to the correct torque settings.
2. Ensure mating surfaces are clean and end
of tube is cut square.
Advise the user they must not use the device
until adjusted, repaired or replaced.
Inspect device. If components are warn or
damaged, then remove and replace with new
components. Reposition as necessary and
retighten to torque settings as shown above,
adding loctite where applicable .
