GENERAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
This sign appears in the manual each time that failure to respect
or correctly interpret the instructions that follow may cause

damage to people or to the conditioner as well as compromising
its safety.
This sign appears in the manual alongside important notes
concerning correct conditioner operation.

Make sure that the installation has been carried out with
good workmanship by a qualified installation engineer
and according to the instructions in the Installation
Manual.
This manual is an integral part of the appliance, which it must
accompany at all times, even in the event that the appliance
is sold on.
Read this manual with care before using the conditioner.
Read and carefully observe all of the warnings on the special
adhesive labels applied to the conditioner.
This appliance may only be used to condition the cab on a
road vehicle.
The use of this conditioner for anything other than its intended
purpose is strictly prohibited.
The company cannot accept any liability for improper
use of the conditioner.
Before any cleaning or maintenance operation, always unplug
the appliance from the power supply.
At least every 6 months and after any interventions on the
vehicle, make sure that none of the electrical wires shows signs
of wear or cutting that could affect the electrical insulation.
In the event of any operating problems, contact your nearest
authorised technical assistance service; in all cases, contact
qualified service personnel.
Switch off the conditioner before tilting the cab.
Do not allow water or any other fluid to spill inside the appliance
through the vents.
When washing your vehicle, do not direct the pressure washer
jet towards the ventilation grids.
Keep all safety devices in perfect working order.
Never remove the safeguards (casing) from the conditioner.
Always read the warnings with care before performing the
checks, inspections and scheduled maintenance described in
this manual (see Paragraph "5.1. Cleaning").
