Preparation for operation
POSITIONING OF THE UNIT
The ambient temperature must not exceed 45°C and ambient humidity should not
exceed 85%. Keep the unit away from any hot surfaces. Always use the appliance on
an even, stable, clean, fireproof and dry surface and out of the reach of children and
persons with reduced mental, sensory and intellectual functions. The workplace of
the device should ensure free movement for the operator as well as adequate space
for manoeuvring the processed piece of material.
ASSEMBLY OF THE DEVICE
The device should be attached to the floor in the place where it will operate - this
will ensure stability and accuracy of the device. Use a spirit level. Use the holes in
the base of the unit for mounting.
Then insert the blade lever pedal between the side walls of the unit so that the holes
in the ends of its profiles align with the holes in the side walls. Through these holes
in the walls, insert 2 pins (a) - the thinner side towards the pedal profiles - to connect
and stabilize the pedal assembly with the device (see picture below).
