Note on troubleshooting

Should any faults occur which are not listed below, immediately de-energize the lifting platform, shut it down,
secure it against unauthorized use and inform Bosch customer service or an authorized service agent.

All repair work must be performed by Bosch customer service or an authorized service agent. Only genuine
Bosch replacement parts may be used. Using parts from other manufacturers will render the type approval
invalid.
Fault
No motor operation.
Motor running but lifting platform
cannot be raised.
Lifting platform raises very slowly.
Lifting platform lowers too slowly.
Lifting platform lowers too slowly,
vehicle is on lifting platform.
Lifting platform does not lower at
all.
Lifting platform does not
lower fully.
Noise during lifting or lowering.

R Power failure.
R Motor overheating, ther-
moswitch in motor has cut out.
R Fuses defective.
R Control electronics defective.
R Vehicle too heavy.
R Upper end position reached.
R Lack of oil.

R Vehicle too heavy.
R Intake filter blocked.
R Hydraulic system defective.
R No vehicle on lifting platform.

Remedy
R Check the power supply.
R Wait 10 minutes and try again.
R Request customer service.
R Check whether the permissible load-bearing capacity of
the lifting platform has been exceeded.
R Check the oil level.
R Manually close the lowering valve.
R Request customer service.
R Check whether the permissible load-bearing capacity of
the lifting platform has been exceeded.
R Clean intake filter (service personnel).
R Request customer service.
R Lower lifting platform manually.
R Call in customer service.
R Call in customer service.
R Refer to Section 8.4 Emergency lowering.
R Press and hold the "foot protection" confirmation but-
ton and fully lower the lifting platform using the rotary
reversing switch.
R Check the oil type.
(Use hydraulic fluid in accordance with ISO 6743/4!)
R Lubricate the sliding surfaces.
R Request customer service.
