- User negligence related to checking levels, cleaning filters, auxiliary services, power
supply.
- Use of tools not suitable for ordinary and extraordinary upkeep.
- Modifications and/or tampering executed by the user or by third parties without specific
approval by THE BUILDER.
- Use of non-original spare parts.
5.1.2 Duration of Warranty
The warranty period is 12 MONTHS from the date of delivery. This is an absolute term and
shall not be extended even in case of replacement or repair events during this period.
5.1.3 Warranty application
In order to determine the causes and therefore to decide whether warranty is to be applied, it is
essential that the parts for which replacement under warranty is requested are sent to THE
BUILDER or to authorised centres. Warranty repair or replacement shall be decided by THE
BUILDER and shall be carried out in its own workshops, by third parties or on site. For the
works carried out on site, the customer is responsible to supply energy sources, the
extraordinary equipment, auxiliary personnel as well as to provide for the travel, board and
lodging costs for THE BUILDER personnel.
5.1.4
Delivery of goods
Before sending to THE BUILDER the parts whose replacement or repair under warranty is
requested, it is necessary to send appropriate notification to the Service Department. They
shall provide approval. The parts must be correctly packed to avoid damage due to transport.
The following data are requested:
- machine serial number
- part number of the part
- detailed description of the defect and how it occurred.
Parts supplied under warranty are delivered free of charge; replaced parts remain the property
of THE BUILDER and shall be returned ex works.
5.1.5
Exclusions and limitations

Warranty is not applied to materials and parts subject to normal wear such as
connection cables, parts and accessories external to the instrument etc.

INSTALLATION
6.1.1 Safety measures
This device has been designed and tested to operate safely.
II This manual contains information and warnings to be followed by the user to ensure safe
operation and keep the equipment in a safe status.
WARNING! Any interruption of the protection conductor both inside and outside the
equipment or disconnection of the protection earth terminal can make the equipment
dangerous. Any intentional interruption is forbidden.
When connecting the battery measuring module, ensure that the voltage is within the prescribed
range. Continuous voltage values beyond the allowed range can seriously damage the instrument.
