Place hoist above the 8PSB.

Lower belt from ceiling hoist by using the ceiling hoist's hand control.
Ensure vertical alignment between hoist and 8PSB, so 8PSB will not swing when hoisted up from surface.
Attach belt connection point to the bolt connection point of the 8 Point Sling bar Balance bar using the
quick release pin.
Ensure the 8 Point Sling bar Balance bar is properly fastened to the belt's connection point.
Check that the quick release pin is fully inserted, and the two spheres at the end of the quick release pin
are out, so the quick release pin can not retract.
Now 8PSB is ready for elevation.
