is activated when the upper resistors are on in order to bring the sensed
temperature to the configured vault set point;

If the arrow is on the left, the food is cooked from right to left, if the arrow
is on the right, the food is cooked from left to right.
Indicates tape progress.
The symbol advance speed does not vary with respect to the tape
speed.
Displays the current date and time
From the manual program (M), 6 programs can be selected using the right
and left directional keys, operating when the ENTER key is pressed.
