TAakt = Actual outdoor temperature
TAged = Attenuated outdoor temperature
To cause switchover, the summer/winter switchover tempera-
ture (identified as SuWi in the table below) ± a fixed switchover
differential is compared with the attenuated outdoor tempera-
ture.

Heating curve slope (MASTER)
The controller generates the delivery temperature setpoint on the
basis of the selected heating curve.
a) Press the row selection buttons to select row 17
b) Press the plus/minus buttons to select curve slope
Setting range
–.–– / 2.5...40
When the curve is inactive (setting –.––), the controller requi-
res demand for heat from outside.
This must be sent to the controller via LPB or via input H1.
If there are different signals present, the controller will use the
highest demand.
On the basis of the heating curve, the controller generates the
delivery temperature setpoint, allowing the system to keep
room temperature constant even without using a room unit.
The greater the heating slope, the higher the required delivery
temperature with low outdoor temperatures.
Comfort is noticeably greater if a room unit is used.

TV = Delivery temperature
TA = Composite outdoor temperature
Composite outdoor temperature is a blend of the actual outdoor
temperature and the attenuated outdoor temperature as calcu-
lated by the controller.
The mix of actual and attenuated outdoor temperature depends
on the building's construction (setting 105) and is generated as
follows:
Type of construction selected
Heavy (setting 105 = 0)
Light (setting 105 = 0)
Composite outdoor temperature acts as a compensation variable on
delivery temperature control, which is thus adapted to suit the pre-
valent weather conditions.

TAgem0 = Composite outdoor temperature for heavy buildings
