Cleaning and care
· Always pull out the power cord before cleaning and allow the appliance
as well as the pizza stone to cool down.
· Brush the pizza stone dry only. Burnt-on and stubborn residues can be
removed carefully with a glass ceramic scraper. Alternatively, you can
heat up the stone at the highest temperature setting until any residue is
burned off and can be brushed off effortlessly.
· Never soak the stone in water and do not clean it in the dishwasher!
· Wipe the housing with a soft cloth, slightly damp, if necessary. Afterwards
dry off thoroughly.
· Do not submerge the device in water or other liquids. Do not clean in
the dishwasher.
· Do not use any sharp or pointed objects, gasoline, solvent, scrubbing
brushes, or abrasive cleaning agents for cleaning.
· Make sure that the appliance and all parts are completely dry before
using it again or storing it.

BASIC RECIPE FOR PIZZA
250 g flour
⁄
teaspoon salt
1
2
15 g fresh yeast
⁄
L water
1
8
⁄
teaspoon sugar
1
4
5 tablespoons olive oil
Put the flour in a bowl and mix with the salt. Press a well in the center.
Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water while stirring. Stir the sugar
briefly into the yeast solution and place this mixture in a warm place for
about 5 minutes until small bubbles form. Now pour the yeast solution
into the well in the flour and knead it in. If the pizza dough is too dry,
add a little more water if necessary. Gradually knead the olive oil into
the dough until it is completely absorbed. Knead the yeast dough until it
peels away easily from the side of the bowl. Remove the pizza dough
and knead on a floured work surface for about 5-10 minutes more, until
smooth. Form into a ball, place in a bowl and let rise, covered, in a
warm place for about 1 hour until doubled in volume. Then knead again
briefly on a floured work surface and roll out evenly.
Now you can put toppings on the dough according to taste.
