Steris® System 1 / System 1E
Note: Steris® System 1™ is not intended for
use in the United States.
1. Clean and prepare the device as
recommended in this user guide. Ensure
the soaking cap is installed.
2. Sterilize the extension cable using Steris®
System 1™ with Steris® 20 Sterilant, or
System 1E™ with S40™ Sterilant. Follow the
manufacturer's instructions.
3. Allow the device to completely dry before
reassembly.
Sterrad
1. Clean and prepare device as recommended
in this user guide. Ensure that the soaking
cap is installed.
2. Sterilize the device using the Sterrad 100S
or Sterrad NX Sterilization System.
3. Do not sterilize in sterilization pouches.
Doing so may result in damage to
the device.
4. Allow the device to completely dry before
reassembly.
Storage
Store packaged and sterilized instruments in a
dry, clean, and dust-free environment at room
temperatures (2 – 25°C).
