Solution
Press ON/Off button for two (2) seconds.
Replace the battery.

the load matches the UPS capability
specified and output has short circuit
protection. Contact Tech support.
Charge the battery at least 24 hours (8
hours = ~90%, 24 hours = 100%).

Make sure the UPS is installed in a pre-
tested area that is free of excessive dust
and has adequate airflow. Place the UPS
away from other units at least 8 in.
(20.32 cm) to avoid interference. For best
performance, keep the indoor
temperature between 32°F and 122°F (0°
C and 50°C).
UPS must be initially connected to AC
power when upon unboxing. To
reactivate Powerlock, shut down the UPS
while AC mains is operating. Press the
power button continuously for 10 seconds
until you hear a BEEP from the buzzer,
then release the power button to set the
powerlock feature.
