If your Uniwand is not working properly, please check
the following:

Solution
Uniwand should only be
used with Microcurrent
programmes. If using
with Uniglo, this should be
FACE 2.
Evenly apply a generous
amount of Unigel to the
areas of the face you are
stimulating.
Try alternative water-
based conductive gel.
Discontinue treatment
and seek advice
from your healthcare
professional.
It is normal to feel no
sensation during use.
