heating and water is evenly distrib-
uted to all floors in every apartment
and in adequate amounts to each
thermal module.
A control valve with serve-control,
relative filter and all accessories
to make the module function bet-
ter are present inside the thermal

module, therefore the centralised
plant must be dimensioned bearing
in mind these installed appliances.
It can also be balanced by means of
an appropriate limit valve.
This type of module must be
installed in an area with easy access
for any maintenance interventions
and regular balancing interventions
by means of the adjustment items
which have been installed.
