CAUTION! THE ENGINE IS SUPPLIED BY THE MANUFACTURER WITHOUT THE OIL
CHARGE !!!
Do not start the engine until the engine oil has been added.
Before assembling, unpack all parts of the machine from the transport packaging, check the product for
completeness and see if individual parts are not damaged.
Transport wheel folding. (Figure 1)
The machine is equipped with a transport wheel. Always adjust the wheel position when the engine is
stopped.
1) Work position - put the wheel in position A for cultivation.
2) Transport position - put the wheel in position B for transporting and storing the machine.
To change the transport wheel position, pull the support and wheel assembly downward or forward.(1)
Select the desired position (2) and when the pull is released, the installed spring locks the wheel in the
desired position.
CAUTION!
Use the transport wheel, not the lowered cultivation blades, to move to the designated
area.
Grip installation (Figure 2,3)
Thread the plastic bolt onto the lower ends of steel handles. Align the grip holes with the holes on the
central post and secure them using four screws. Then secure the plastic bolt to the central post using one
screw.
Adjusting the grip height (Figure 4)
Before adjusting the desired grip height, place the cultivator on a flat surface, loosen the screws on both
sides of the central post. Set the grips to the appropriate height (usually recommended to the waist height),
then retighten the screws.
CAUTION!
Always guide the cultivator with both hands, never operate the cultivator with one hand.
Guide the cultivator at the walking speed only.
Supporting rod installation (Figure 5)
Push the supporting rod through the hole prepared in the cultivator's rear part to secure the rod using a
cotter pin at the desired height setting by doing so the desired cultivation depth.
The supporting rod position indicates the working depth. The lower the supporting rod is positioned, the
deeper the cultivator will dig into the ground. The correct cultivation depth is crucial for the optimum results;
the correct setting may vary according to the nature of the soil.
Cultivation blade installation (Figure 6,7)
Slide the outer cultivator blade assembly onto the inner blade assembly. Align the holes of the inner and
outer cultivator blade assemblies, then secure the connection using the pin and cotter pin. Connect the
cultivating blade assembly with the trimming disc to the outer cultivating blade assembly in the same
manner. Repeat the same procedure for the other cultivator side. The cultivator's working width (36 or 56
cm) can be adjusted using the chosen cultivator blade assembly. If the blades have their digging edge on
one side only, they must be mounted with the edge in the sense of rotation.
