GENERAL APPLIANCE DESCRIPTION
– The convection oven is an appliance designed and constructed in several models to
cook food intended for human consumption.
– All models are equipped with a manual humidification device, connected to the hydraulic
mains.
– The professional appliance is designed to be installed in catering environments (bars,
pizzerias, restaurants, etc.). Special training is not required. However, users should
have skills and abilities specific to the catering sector.
Any use other than that indicated by the manufacturer is considered IMPROPER.

A) Control panel it is equipped with the control devices needed to operate the appliance .
B) Oven door: it is associated with an interlock device (micro switch ). Supply is cut off to the
gas burners and the cooking cycle is interrupted when the door is opened.
The cooking cycle resumes when the door is closed.
C) Cooking chamber: this has a removable tray holder structure (C1) and gas burners for
the cooking operation.
D) Fan: used for a uniform temperature inside the cooking chamber.
E) Smoke exhaust flue: used for oven smoke exhaust.
