CONTROL DESCRIPTIONS (FN)
The appliance is equipped with the listed
control devices, required to run its main func-
tions.
A) Thermoregulator: used to adjust the tem-
perature.
B) Timer: used to start the appliance and set
processing time.
With the timer positioned on (B1), the ap-
pliance runs in continuous cycle.
C) Indicator light: when on, it means that the
gas burners are on. The light turns off
when the set temperature is reached.
D) Indicator light: when on, the appliance is
electrically powered.
E) Regulator: used to regulate the introduc-
tion of nebulised water into the cooking
chamber (for model FN/423MV-GV only).
F) Indicator light: when on, it indicates that
the timer is running. The light turns off
when the set time has elapsed.
G) Switch: used to select the appliance oper-
ating mode.
– Position (G1): appliance off.
– Position (G2): internal light on.
– Position (G3):
mode (only the air circulation fan is en-
abled to defrost food or cool the cook-
ing chamber).
– Position (G4): gas burners on.
– Position (G5): "grill" mode (only grill resistances are on).
H) Button (red light): used to turn appliance functions back on.
