TROUBLESHOOTING
The purpose of the following information is to help the operator to identify and correct any
anomalies or malfunctions that may occur during use.
Some faults may be resolved by the user, others require specific technical skills or abilities
and must only be performed by qualified personnel with recognised experience in the spe-
cific sector.
Important
Do not remove internal appliance parts.
Always observe the "phase" and "neutral" wiring connections in the connection
stages of the electric plug.
The manufacturer is not liable for any machine tampering!

Problem
The appliance does not heat.
Gas odour
GAS CONNECTION
All the gas connection, transformation and pressure control operations must be performed
by authorised personnel who must have specific technical skills and special abilities in the
specific sector. This also applies for all extraordinary maintenance operations such as lu-
brication and/or faucet replacement and thermocouple or burner replacement.
Equip the appliance gas supply tube with a faucet to be able to cut of gas supply in the event
of need.
The faucet (not supplied with the appliance) must be installed in a visible and accessible
position in order to easily identify its operating status (open or closed).
Causes
Burner does not turn on
Cook time was not set.
Cook temperature was not set
No mains power.
Temporary leak when flame is
extinguished.

Solutions
Invert the "phase" and "neutral"
wiring connections of the electric
plug.
Set cook time other than 0 min
Set a cook temperature over 70 °C
Contact your dealer or authorised
service centre.
Close the supply faucet and ventilate
the room
