INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. Make sure the gas mains features correspond to those indicated on the appliance plate.
Caution - Precaution
Do not use the appliance if the gas mains features do not correspond to those indi-
cated on the specific plate.
If gas mains features do not correspond to those indicated on the specific plate, have
an expert technician with specific skills transform gas.
2. Open the oven door.
3. Remove the cooking trays , place the food using the auxiliary utensils and place the tray

back into the cooking chamber.
4. Close the oven door.
5. Rotate the timer (B) to start the appliance and set processing time.
6. Rotate the thermoregulator (A) clockwise to set the required temperature.
When the timer indicates that set time has elapsed, remove the cooking trays to remove
food product.
Caution - Precaution
To avoid burn hazards, place and remove food products with specific utensils.
