1. GENERAL LIMITED WARRANTY
If the consumer has purchased the original AYR product in an authorised AYR distributor, AYR hereby guarantees that the product is free
from manufacturing defects, for the legal period required in each country, from the date on which the product was purchased. The limited
warranty will be effective in the event that it is found to be defective after an inspection by AYR, and in the event that the product has not been
subjected to any "inappropriate action" as defined below.
Inappropriate actions will render this warranty null and void. "Inappropriate actions" include any and all of the following: Inappropriate
installation, use, activation / maintenance not in accordance with the instructions and requirements of AYR (as indicated in the user manual).
Manipulation by the buyer, negligence, damage caused by the application of force: twisting, breaking, cracks, scratches or any other act of
vandalism, repair or modification by anyone other than the manufacturer or a distributor expressly authorised by AYR.
The only obligation of AYR under this limited warranty is to repair or replace, at the discretion of AYR, any product and / or product component
in which AYR has determined that there are manufacturing defects. This limited warranty does not grant any other right or give rise to any
obligation, or relieve the purchaser from the responsibility of taking any other appropriate action, by any means, including insurance against
personal injury or property damage. This limited warranty relates solely to product defects.
To facilitate the warranty service and to allow AYR to determine any rights under this warranty, the buyer must return the product to AYR,
with proof of purchase from the authorised dealer. Any shipping, handling, transportation, service call and/or other incidental and/or related
charges are not included in this limited warranty.
The use of other components that are not suitable and original AYR components may cause serious damage to the product and will render
this limited warranty null and void. This limited warranty may not be assigned or transferred in any manner and may not be extended, altered
or modified.
This limited warranty shall exist independently of other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of
marketability or fitness for a particular purpose, all of which are expressly excluded and disclaimed herein to the fullest extent permitted by
applicable law. AYR will not be responsible for any loss of profit, any special damage, whether casual or conscious that the buyer may suffer, or
compensation for damages, even if the possibility of the existence of such damage is made known.
LEGAL NOTICE:
Points excluded from / limited in this warranty:
-Screwed elements.
-Normal wear and tear.
-The use of cleaning detergents.
Registered trademarks:
-AYR, int-LOCK, int-LOCK BT, int-KEY, int-KEY BT are registered trademarks/trade names belonging to AYR. Unauthorised use of these
trademarks is prohibited.
Coverage:
-No safety product can guarantee the safety of an installation indefinitely. The AYR product is in no way a substitute for adequate insurance
coverage for protection against loss or damage to your property. AYR is not an insurance company and does not provide insurance services of
any kind.
External influences:
--The services are subject to various external influences, beyond our control, such as satellite, cellular or other communication networks,
and may also be affected by weather conditions, frequent interference/interruptions, inappropriate use or activity, interference, vandalism,
destruction, etc.
-Services may also be adversely affected or rendered impossible when the AYR product is located in places where the signal may not be
available, such as a garage, parking lot, tunnel or similar location.
Limitations of Services and Liability:
-The AYR product may fail to function properly if the AYR product is not installed and maintained properly, in accordance with the instructions
supplied with the AYR product.
