8. PROBLEM SOLVING
8.1. Possible situations

8.2. Theft or loss of remote controls or smartphone
The lock has a retrieval system by which the user who has registered as an administrator can
create an 8-digit secret password that is stored in the lock's memory. If you do not have your
smartphone or your remote control to hand for any reason (theft, loss, forgetfulness), you
can download the App on the smartphone of someone you know and open it with the secret
code.
This number is not registered in the mobile phone we have used for security
purposes.

The battery is totally exhausted or in bad condition.
The sensor does not detect the striker, it may be too far away or
the
door may be open.

The battery is rechargeable, it does not reach the required voltage
or capacity.
Make sure you are within Bluetooth range, there is a battery in
the BT remote control and in the lock, that the int-LOCK App is
closed or out of Bluetooth range.
In order to have full administrator privileges you must register
as the first user of the lock in the App using a Smartphone.
If you register a BT remote control as the first user, it will
receive administrator privileges but will not be able to use them
because with a BT remote control you cannot configure the
lock parameters nor manage the registered users in the lock.
