4.7.Creating a recovery code
After pairing the first smartphone, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you create a recovery
code.
This code is essential to be able to open the lock if you cannot use the APP or
the remote control (either because you have lost your smartphone or because
you do not have it or a remote control to hand). The key has 8 digits and must
be memorised; if you decide to write it down, keep in a safe place outside the
home, where it can be used in case of emergency
1- To do this, press the right arrow to go to the options menu and press the "CREATE
PASSWORD" button.
2- Enter the password which must have 8 numeric characters. You must be able to remember
the password entered at all times in order to open the lock in an emergency. See section 8.2.
5. OPENING AND CLOSING
5.1. From the lock
A long press the main button to open. To close, a simple press will suffice.
5.2. From the Smartphone-APP
On the main screen, click on the padlock box to open or close the associated lock.
