BE CAREFUL: Do not exceed the depth of the door when drilling the screws. Make sure
there is no problem drilling into the door, giving yourself as much space as necessary so as
not to interfere with, for example, a multi-point lock.
BE CAREFUL: If you have to install the lock on a METAL OR an ARMOURED DOOR, you must
use the included DIN 7981 self-tapping screws for metal with a diameter of 6.3 mm (No. 8)
and a ø5 metal drill bit.
2- Remove the adhesive protector from
templates A and B, and carefully place them in
the right place making sure they are perfectly
aligned and do not exceed the minimum and
maximum spacing measurements.
BE CAREFUL: The minimum and maximum
spacing measurements are 8 to 24 mm.
4- Once the housing for the strike plate has been made in the frame, drill the screw holes using the
4 mm drill bit for the self-tapping screws for wood. In the case of metal or armoured doors, use a
ø5 metal drill bit.
3- If the frame protrudes from the door leaf,
use template B to mark the housing into which
the strike plate fits.
BE CAREFUL: Take a note of the emergency
unlocking drill point and store it in a safe place.
See page 18, point 8.3 of the manual and take
a note of the measurement of the release point
(page 8.2). (9) and (18).
