NOTE: In the event of the theft or loss of the Smartphone of any user associated
with the lock, the administrator must delete this user whose Smartphone or
smart remote control has been lost, to prevent any possible intrusion.
8.3. Mechanical emergency release
The lock is sufficiently reliable to ensure that it never becomes blocked in such a way that
you cannot open it, even if the battery is exhausted or you lose your Smartphone and your
remote control.
However, you do have an option for an emergency opening: by making a small 6 mm hole on the
outside of the door at the height of the centre of the lock and 3 cm from the edge of the door you
can insert a screwdriver and open it with a minimum of damage that can be easily repaired.
