1. Place the pump on a flat floor
2. Remove the plug (dipstick cap) (11);
3. Check the oil level indicated on the
dipstick (11);
6. If the level is low, add oil (15W40)
until it reaches the appropriate level
To change the oil:
5. Coloque um recipiente por baixo do
dreno (12);
6. Remove the drain and empty the
entire oil;
7. Tighten drain and fill with new oil
8. Check the level and adjust to the
appropriate level;
5.2 - CLEANING THE AIR
FILTER (FIG. L)
1. Remove the butterfly nut and filter
cap (17);
2. Remove the filter element and blow
it off with compressed air until it is
completely clean;
3. Insert the filter element and
assemble the remaining components in
the reverse order of disassembly;
Using the dirty filter will restrict
the airflow in the carburetor
affecting pump performance;
5.3 - FUEL LEVEL (FIG. M)
When filling the fuel tank (7), do not
exceed the maximum level. It should not
fill up the top level of the filter.
5.4 -SPARK PLUG (FIG. N)
To ensure proper engine operation,
the spark plug must be clean and
with adequate clearance between the
electrodes.
1. Remove the pipe (18), unscrew the
spark plug (18) and check that it is

clean;
2. Measure the distance between the
electrodes with a suitable tool. The
distance should be between 0.7-0.8
mm. If necessary bend the electrode
until adequate clearance is achieved;
3. Put the spark plug by hand to prevent
damage to the thread and tighten to
tighten the washer using the supplied
wrench;
4. If spark plug does not start spark,
replace;
The spark plug may overheat
and cause engine damage.
5.5 - PURGE THE
CARBURETOR (FIG. O)
1. Place a gasoline container under the
carburetor (19);
2. Unscrew the carburetor bleed screw
(20) and open the fuel cock (4);
3. Let run until completely clean;
4. Tighten the bleed screw;
5.6 - GENERAL CLEANING
Clean the machine after each use.
Careful handling protects the machine
and extends its service life.
Before cleaning, let the combustion
engine cool down completely and
remove the hoses from the water pump
and wipe the accessible surfaces with
a damp cloth.
Cleaning the pump chamber
(FIG.P):
1. Remove cap (9) and drain from
pump chamber (13);
2. Pour clean water into the filler hole
(9) until the pump chamber (10) is
completely clean;
3. Attach the pump chamber cap and
drain;
