Alarm function
Filter clogging alarm: If the filter clogging alarm is
activated, the LED lights up in red. Without taking
action, reduce flow levels III and II by one level.
If you wish to replace the pre-filter and main filter,
press the on/off button for two seconds to switch off
the WSH AIR III fan unit. You can now replace the
filters.
Battery alarm: If the battery alarm is activated,
the LED lights up red. A beep is output every sec-
ond and use of the device can continue for about
another 30 minutes.
Cleaning and disinfection
Clean the fan, the air hose the and safety helmet
using a cloth soaked in soapy water. Allow the
device to dry at room temperature. Do not use any
aggressive detergents or solvents, alcohol, or abra-
sive containing cleaning agents. The face seal can
be washed (hand-wash only, do not spin).
Maintenance
Check the safety helmet regularly according to the
operating instructions. Check the face seal and
air nozzle for holes, cracks or other damage and
ensure that the helmet parts are correctly positioned
(see the operating instructions). Do not use the
system before all worn or damaged parts have been
replaced.

Würth recommends that the device is serviced at
least annually by a company it has approved.
If the device is kept in storage, the battery must be
charged every four months.

Troubleshooting
The fan does not switch on
— Ensure that the battery is correctly inserted.
— Ensure that the battery is fully charged.
The filter alarm is on, even though the pre-filter
and main filter have been replaced and correctly
installed
— Internal WSH AIR III error
— Send the WSH AIR III system in to the closest deal-
er. Battery run time is too short.
— Battery defective – replace the battery and dis-
pose of the defective battery as special waste.
— Charger defective – replace.
Storage
The WSH AIR III system and any accessories must
be stored in a dry location. Protect against sun-
light, high temperatures, hydrocarbons and solvent
vapours.
Warranty and liability
For the warranty conditions, please refer to the
instructions of the relevant national Würth sales
organisation. For more information, please contact
your Würth dealer. The warranty applies solely to
material and manufacturing defects. No warranty
is provided and no liability accepted in the event of
damage arising from improper use, impermissible
maintenance or repair operations, or for any use
other than those intended by the manufacturer.
Similarly, the warranty is invalidated and no liability
accepted if spare parts are used other than those
distributed by Würth.
Environmental instructions
Do not dispose of this device with
normal household waste. Dispose of
the device via an approved waste
disposal company or via your local
authority waste disposal facility.
Observe the currently valid regulations.
In case of doubt, contact your waste
disposal facility. Dispose of all packaging in an
environmentally compatible manner.
