Relief Valve Adjustment:
1. Loosen lock nut counter-
clockwise.
2. Using 4mm Allen Wrench
turn clockwise to increase
or counter-clockwise to
decrease pressure.
3. Tighten lock nut clockwise
while holding pressure
setting with 4mm
Allen Wrench.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: WM11
1. Remove shipping coverplate.
2. Position manifold gasket (Item 1).
3. Lubricate long connector (Item 2), place manifold on
pump as shown (Item 3).
4. Lubricate short connector (Item 7), and insert into top
of manifold.
5. Position gasket (Item 1) on top of manifold, then install
desired valve (VM2, VS3, VS4).
6. Place copper gasket (Item 4) on each of the six
mounting holes.
7. Insert mounting bolts (Item 5) and torque to 20-25 ft-lbs
[27-34 Nm].
8. Apply Loctite 545 hydraulic sealant or teflon tape to
return line barb fitting (Item 6). Install into left side
NPT coverplate port.
9. Install clamp on return hose, insert hose on barb fitting
and tighten hose clamp.
