CAUTION!
Physical injuries and damage to property and the environment
If faults cannot be eliminated by means of the listed measures, the model
CPC2000 low-pressure controller must be taken out of operation immediately.
Ensure that pressure or signal is no longer present and protect against
accidental commissioning.
Contact the manufacturer.
If a return is needed, please follow the instructions given in chapter
9.2 "Cleaning".

Faults
Instrument is not working,
the display is dark
Set pressure has not been
reached, the pump is
running continuously
Instrument smells
when used or becomes
unusually hot when
charging
Instrument smells during
storage or gets unusually

No voltage supply
System is not fully sealed; too
large hose diameter or hose
length
Defective rechargeable battery
Defective rechargeable battery
Defective rechargeable battery
Measures
Check whether the plug is
correctly in the socket
Battery is empty and must first
be recharged
Slide hose on correctly;
eliminate any leaks
Hose diameter max. 6 mm (see
chapter 11 "Specifications")
Take the instrument out of
service immediately and
