WARNING: always remember to connect the earth
according to current standards (EN 60335-1, EN 60204-1).
Avoid tension in the cable during open and close
operations.
ANTI-CRUSHING SYSTEM
ADJUSTMENT
The hydraulic actuator is equipped with an anti-crushing safety
device that limits the force of the actuator itself, in the presence
of an obstacle during the movement of the gate.
The force is regulated as follows:
slide the release cap and lift it up;
lift the base of the release unit;
act on the control valves: Valve "A" to regulate the force in
opening, valve "B" to regulate the force in closing and valve
"C" to release totally.
Turning the valves clockwise increases the torque while turning
counterclockwise the torque is decreased.

FINAL TASKS
After the adjustment of the anti-crushing system, proceed as
follows:
close the release unit device;
remove the vent screw D.
MANUAL OPERATION
If it is necessary to manually operate the gate for the absence of
electrical current or an automation failure, you must act on the
release device as follows:
1. open the release cover cap and insert the supplied key;
2. turn the key counterclockwise to release;
3. manually carry out the opening or closing manoeuvre of the
gate leaf.
AUTOMATED SYSTEM RESET
Before resetting the automated system, following manual release,
it is advisable to switch off the power supply to the system in
order to prevent an involuntary impulse from operating the
automation.
The reset operation should be performed as follows:
1. turn the release key clockwise until it stops;
2. close the cover cap of the release system;
3. reinsert the power supply of the system;
4. start the automation.
MAINTENANCE
For toping-up the oil, you must use the oil type Total 52-AT42.
Periodically check the correct anti-crushing safety regulation (Force
control valves) and the efficiency of the release system.
