Constant Mode (Picture A2)
1. Flip the lever all the way back. It locks in place in this position. The discharge tap opens and water
flows out.
2. Let go of the lever again and tip it forwards (do not press it down) when the quantity of water
you want has been removed. The discharge tap closes again.
Preparation
PLEASE NOTE!

Do not operate the device without water. If this does happen, the heating element of the
device switches off automatically (protection against running dry). The dry-running pro-

If water needs to be added, switch off the device, pull the mains plug out of the socket and
allow the device to cool down for a few minutes. When opening the lid (4), use potholders
or similar gloves and be careful.
Boiling Water
1. Pour water into the water reservoir (7) (see the "Operation" chapter – "Filling the Water
Reservoir").
2. Turn the thermostat control (9) clockwise to the
