ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
WARNING! PRIOR TO ANY INTERVEN-
TION MAKE SURE THE MACHINE IS
DISCONNECTED FROM THE POWER
SOURCE.
The efficiency of the welding equipment over
time is directly related to the frequency of
the maintenance operations. In the particular
case of welding machines, simply cleaning
their internal parts is sufficient; this must be
carried out more often if the workplace is par-
ticularly dusty.
Togliete la copertura.
• Remove the cover.
• Clear all traces of dust from the internal
parts of the generator using compressed air
with pressure below 3 kg/cm.
• Check all electric connections, making sure
that all screws and nuts are well tightened.
• Replace any deteriorated parts.
• Put the cover back on.
• After all these steps, the generator is ready
to work again, according to the instructions
contained in this manual.
