BEFORE PLUGGING IN
Make sure your electricity supply is the same as the one shown on the underside of the fryer.

Important
The wires in the cord are coloured as follows:
•
Green & Yellow = Earth, Blue = Neutral, Brown = Live.
BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME
1. Removing all packaging.
2. Dismantle: see 'to dismantle, assemble and use your fryer'.
3. Wash the parts: see 'cleaning'.
